The PRO-SOURCE UL-02N is an intermediate compressed air lubricator designed to introduce controlled amounts of oil mist into a compressed air line, reducing wear on downstream pneumatic tools, cylinders, and valves. Built with an aluminum body and a polycarbonate bowl, this unit handles the demands of typical industrial and shop air systems. It features a 1/4 inch NPT port, a bowl capacity of 4.3 oz, and includes a sight glass for visual oil-level monitoring. NBR seals provide reliable resistance to petroleum-based lubricants. Licensed HVAC techs, pipefitters, and maintenance technicians install this type of unit as part of a filter-regulator-lubricator (FRL) assembly on compressed air supply lines.
The UL-02N suits intermediate-duty compressed air applications in light industrial, commercial, and shop environments. It is appropriate for use on air lines supplying pneumatic hand tools, actuators, and control equipment that require continuous lubrication. The modular connection design allows integration into modular FRL assemblies, making it straightforward to install alongside compatible filter and regulator units. The included bowl guard adds a layer of protection to the polycarbonate bowl in service environments where impact or debris is a concern.
Designed as an intermediate-style inline lubricator for compressed air systems with 1/4 inch NPT ported connections. Suitable for use in modular FRL assemblies where the port size and mounting configuration are compatible.
Installation should be performed by a qualified technician. Depressurize and lock out the compressed air supply before installing or servicing this lubricator. Mount the unit upright in line with airflow direction as marked, and verify all NPT threaded connections are properly sealed with thread sealant appropriate for compressed air service. Fill the bowl only with compressor-grade oil recommended for pneumatic equipment, and do not exceed the bowl capacity marked on the unit.
