The PRO-SOURCE UF-03N is an intermediate compressed air filter designed to remove particulate contamination from compressed air lines in industrial and commercial pneumatic systems. Rated at 5 microns and capable of handling up to 86.51 standard cubic feet per minute (SCFM), it delivers consistent filtration performance for demanding air supply applications. The aluminum body houses a polycarbonate bowl with a built-in bowl guard, a polyethylene filter media element, and a semi-automatic drain for routine moisture evacuation without full system shutdown. A sight glass is included for quick visual inspection of bowl conditions. Licensed HVAC technicians, pipefitters, and industrial maintenance professionals install and service this type of filter as part of compressed air treatment trains.

The UF-03N is suited for use in residential, light commercial, and industrial compressed air distribution systems where intermediate-stage filtration is required upstream of regulators, lubricators, valves, or pneumatic tools. Installation Notes

Installation and service should be performed by a qualified pipefitter or industrial maintenance technician familiar with compressed air system work. Apply thread sealant appropriate for air service to NPT connections and tighten to hand-tight plus the manufacturer-recommended turns per standard piping practice. Inspect the bowl and element at regular intervals per the maintenance schedule for the system; replace the filter element when pressure drop across the filter increases noticeably or per service interval requirements.
