The PRO-SOURCE RH-1/4-10"-B is a coiled self-storing polyurethane air hose designed for compressed air delivery in light-duty trade and workshop applications. With a 1/4 inch inside diameter and 10 foot extended length, it delivers adequate flow for pneumatic tools, blow guns, and inflation equipment. The coiled design retracts automatically after use, reducing trip hazards and keeping work areas organized. Rated to 120 psi maximum working pressure, it suits most standard shop compressor outputs. Male NPT (MNPT) fittings are integrated at the connection end for direct attachment to regulators, quick-disconnect bodies, or tool inlets. HVAC technicians, plumbers, electricians, and general contractors use this type of hose for portable compressor setups on residential and light commercial job sites.
This hose is suited for indoor and outdoor job site use where a compact, self-retracting air supply line is needed. It performs in temperatures ranging from 23 degrees F to 140 degrees F, making it usable in cold-weather conditions common to mechanical rooms and exterior service calls. The polyurethane construction resists kinking and abrasion better than standard rubber hoses at this diameter. It is a practical choice for HVAC service vans, plumbing contractors, and electrical crews running small pneumatic tools or air-powered caulk and adhesive systems.
Designed as a general-purpose replacement or add-on coiled air hose for compressed air systems using standard 1/4 inch MNPT fittings and operating within the 120 psi working pressure rating.
Installation is performed by HVAC technicians, plumbers, or general contractors familiar with compressed air systems. Always depressurize and disconnect the air supply before attaching or removing the hose. Thread the MNPT fitting by hand first to avoid cross-threading, then snug with an appropriate wrench — do not overtighten. Inspect the hose and fittings for cracks or leaks before each use and replace if damage is found.
