The PRO-SOURCE R200-01N is a compact compressed air regulator designed to provide precise downstream pressure control in pneumatic systems. Built from aluminum, it accepts a 1/8-inch NPT port connection and handles supply pressures up to 170 psi, with an adjustable output range of 2 to 120 psi. At 54.7 CFM flow capacity, it supports a range of pneumatic tools and equipment without creating a bottleneck. The unit weighs 0.46 pounds and measures 3.07 inches tall by 1.5 inches wide by 1.5 inches long, making it well-suited for space-constrained installations. A built-in relief function vents excess downstream pressure when the set point is exceeded. No pressure gauge is included.
This regulator is intended for compressed air service in industrial, commercial, and light manufacturing environments. Its compact form factor fits inline installations where larger body regulators are impractical. Typical applications include pneumatic control circuits, tool supply lines, and point-of-use pressure reduction on compressed air distribution systems. Installation is handled by pipefitters, maintenance mechanics, and pneumatic system technicians. The 1/8-inch NPT threading makes it straightforward to integrate into standard compressed air plumbing.
Designed as an OEM-style inline replacement or new-installation compact air regulator for compressed air systems using 1/8-inch NPT connections and operating within a 170 psi maximum supply pressure rating.
Installation is typically performed by a qualified pipefitter or pneumatic systems technician. Depressurize and isolate the air supply line before installation or removal. Apply thread sealant appropriate for compressed air service to all NPT connections and torque fittings per the fitting manufacturer's recommendations. Verify downstream pressure with a calibrated gauge after installation before returning the system to service.
