The PRO-SOURCE PSXK002 is a screw pin anchor shackle designed for rigging, lifting, and load-securing applications. The anchor-style bow provides a wider jaw opening compared to chain shackles, allowing attachment to straps, hooks, and multi-leg rigging assemblies. Constructed from carbon steel with a galvanized finish, this shackle resists corrosion in outdoor and marine-adjacent environments. The 5/8-inch screw pin threads securely into the bow and can be moused with wire to prevent backing out under vibration or dynamic loading. Riggers, millwrights, and industrial maintenance technicians install this hardware in both permanent and temporary lifting setups.
This anchor shackle suits general-purpose rigging on construction sites, industrial facilities, and marine dock installations. The galvanized carbon steel construction holds up in wet and high-humidity conditions. An inside jaw width of 0.8125 inches and a jaw inside height of 1.379 inches accommodate standard wire rope fittings, chain links, and webbing hardware. The screw pin design allows quick field assembly and disassembly without specialized tools, making it practical for both permanent rigging configurations and temporary load-securing tasks.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or supplemental rigging component for standard anchor shackle applications where a 5/8-inch screw pin galvanized shackle is specified.
Installation should be performed by a qualified rigger or maintenance technician familiar with applicable ASME B30.26 rigging hardware standards. Always verify the working load limit rating against the intended load before use, and inspect the shackle body and pin threads for damage or corrosion before each lift. Thread the screw pin fully and, where required by the application, mouse the pin with seizing wire to prevent rotation during dynamic loading. Never side-load the pin or use a shackle that has been shock-loaded without a full inspection.
