The PRO-SOURCE PS-MK25AL is a 1/2-inch air-operated double-diaphragm pump built for industrial and commercial fluid transfer applications. It delivers a maximum flow rate of 42 GPM and handles working pressures up to 120 psi. The aluminum body keeps overall weight manageable at 10 pounds while standing up to demanding service conditions. Diaphragm and ball components are Hytrel, and the check seats are stainless steel, giving the pump solid chemical resistance across a broad range of media. It accepts solids up to 0.16 inches in diameter and operates up to 176 degrees F, making it suitable for moderately aggressive fluids in process, maintenance, and fluid-handling operations.
The PS-MK25AL is designed for industrial maintenance, light chemical transfer, wastewater, and general-purpose pumping tasks where a reliable, air-driven solution is required. The 1/2-inch NPT air inlet connects to plant air systems, consuming up to 6.74 CFM at rated conditions. Inlet and outlet ports are 1-inch NPT, keeping installation straightforward in both new and retrofit piping runs. Licensed plumbers, pipefitters, and industrial maintenance technicians are the typical installers for this class of pump.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or direct-fit air-operated double-diaphragm pump for industrial fluid-handling systems with 1-inch NPT piping and a 1/2-inch NPT compressed-air supply.
Installation should be performed by a qualified pipefitter, plumber, or industrial maintenance technician following applicable facility safety procedures and local plumbing codes. Isolate and depressurize all connected piping and shut off the compressed-air supply before making any connections or removing the pump from service. Use thread sealant rated for the media being pumped on all NPT connections. Do not exceed the rated air inlet pressure, as overpressure can damage diaphragms and internal components.
