The PRO-SOURCE PRO19643 is a wire-backed pleated air filter rated MERV 11, designed for forced-air HVAC systems in residential and light commercial applications. The filter measures 20 x 25 x 1 inches nominal (19.5 x 24.5 x 0.875 inches actual) and handles airflow up to 1,300 CFM with a maximum face velocity of 500 FPM. The synthetic pleated media is supported by a wire backing that maintains pleat geometry under load, and the beverage board frame provides a stable, integrated housing. Initial resistance is 0.20 inches w.g. at 300 FPM and 0.28 inches w.g. at 375 FPM, keeping static pressure low during normal operation. HVAC technicians and facility maintenance personnel are the primary installers.
