The filter measures 18 x 24 x 2 inches nominal, with actual dimensions of 17-3/8 x 23-3/8 x 1-3/4 inches. Synthetic filter media is supported by a wire backing that holds pleat geometry under airflow, maintaining consistent performance at velocities up to 500 feet per minute and airflow rates up to 1,500 CFM. A rigid paperboard frame provides structural support and a secure fit in standard filter tracks. Initial resistance is 0.24 inches water gauge at 500 FPM, minimizing system static pressure impact at rated conditions.
