The PRO-SOURCE PRO10447 is a wire-backed pleated air filter rated MERV 10 with 55% particle capture efficiency, designed for residential and light commercial HVAC applications. The 20 x 20 x 1 inch nominal size fits standard filter slots in air handlers, furnaces, and fan coil units. A wire-backed synthetic media pack maintains pleat geometry under airflow, preventing media collapse at velocities up to 300 feet per minute. The paperboard frame keeps the assembly square during installation and handling. Licensed HVAC technicians and maintenance professionals install this filter during routine service intervals or system commissioning.

This filter suits forced-air systems requiring a mid-grade filtration level. At MERV 10, it captures fine dust, pollen, mold spores, and some fine particulate that lower-rated filters pass through. With a rated airflow of 1,050 CFM and a maximum velocity of 300 FPM, it supports typical residential and small commercial air handler capacity without creating excessive static pressure drop.
