The PRO-SOURCE PRO10444 is a MERV 10, wire-backed pleated air filter rated at 55% particle capture efficiency for residential and light commercial HVAC systems. Constructed with a synthetic pleated media and a rigid paperboard frame, it captures mid-range airborne particulates including dust, pollen, mold spores, and fine lint. The wire backing supports the media under load, preventing collapse at higher air velocities. Nominal size is 16 x 20 x 1 inches, with actual dimensions of 15.5 x 19.5 x 0.75 inches. Rated for airflow up to 825 CFM at a maximum face velocity of 300 FPM, this filter is installed by HVAC technicians and knowledgeable service personnel performing routine filter maintenance or system commissioning.
