Measuring 18 x 20 x 1 inches nominal (actual dimensions: 17.5 x 19.5 x 0.75 inches), it uses a wire-backed synthetic media construction housed in a rigid paperboard frame. The wire backing supports pleat geometry under airflow, maintaining consistent face area across the service life of the filter. At 35% particle capture efficiency per ASHRAE 52.2-2012, it captures common household particulates including dust, lint, and pollen.
