The PRO-SOURCE PC69-DOTS-66 is a brass 90-degree swivel elbow push-to-connect tube fitting designed for general-purpose pneumatic and fluid line applications. It connects a push-to-connect tube end to a male NPT threaded port, allowing a 90-degree change in line direction with the added convenience of swivel movement for alignment during installation. Constructed from brass, the fitting meets DOT standards, making it suitable for use in compressed air and other compatible fluid systems. The push-to-connect design allows fast, tool-free tube insertion while the MNPT end threads into standard NPT ports. This fitting is installed by plumbers, HVAC technicians, and industrial maintenance professionals.
This fitting is intended for general-purpose tubing installations where a right-angle transition is needed between a tube run and a threaded port. The 3/8-inch tube outside diameter push-to-connect inlet accepts standard 3/8-inch OD tubing. The swivel elbow design is particularly useful in tight spaces where fixed elbow fittings are difficult to orient correctly. The MNPT thread type makes it compatible with standard NPT-threaded ports found in pneumatic components, manifolds, valves, and air line assemblies across light commercial and industrial settings.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or new-installation fitting for general-purpose pneumatic and fluid tubing systems using 3/8-inch OD tube with standard NPT-threaded connection points.
Installation is typically performed by a licensed plumber, HVAC technician, or qualified industrial maintenance technician. Depressurize and isolate the system completely before removing or installing any fittings. Thread the MNPT end into the receiving port by hand first, then tighten with an appropriate wrench using thread sealant tape on the NPT threads as needed per local code and system requirements. Insert tubing fully into the push-to-connect end until it seats, and verify a secure hold before returning the system to service.
