The PRO-SOURCE FRL700A-02N is a miniature filter-regulator-lubricator combination unit designed for compressed air systems. It integrates filtration, pressure regulation, and lubrication into a single inline assembly, reducing installation footprint and simplifying air preparation for pneumatic equipment. The unit flows up to 65.32 SCFM through a 1/4 NPT port and handles a maximum supply pressure of 145 psi. A polycarbonate bowl provides visual monitoring of liquid levels, and the semi-automatic drain reduces maintenance downtime. A pressure gauge is included for at-a-glance system monitoring. Licensed contractors and industrial maintenance techs install this unit as part of pneumatic tool or equipment air supply lines.
This FRL combination unit is suited for light industrial and commercial pneumatic applications where space is limited. The miniature body style fits tight panel or inline installations where a full-size FRL would not be practical. It is appropriate for air-powered tools, automated assembly equipment, and process control actuators that require clean, dry, lubricated air at controlled pressure. The modular connection design allows integration with other compatible air preparation components. Operating temperature range spans 14 degrees F to 140 degrees F, covering most indoor compressed air system environments.
Designed as an OEM-style inline air preparation unit for compressed air systems using 1/4 NPT connections in light industrial and commercial pneumatic applications.
Installation should be performed by a qualified technician familiar with compressed air system service. Depressurize and lock out the air supply before installing or servicing this unit. Mount the unit vertically with the bowl facing downward to allow proper drainage operation. Follow applicable OSHA and local compressed air safety standards when working on pressurized systems.
