Pro-source AF2436-S Platform Truck 2000 Lb Aluminum

Product Description

The PRO-SOURCE AF2436-S is a heavy-duty platform truck built for moving bulk loads in warehouses, shops, and industrial facilities. The deck measures 36 inches long by 24 inches wide and is constructed from aluminum, keeping the unit lightweight without sacrificing load-bearing performance. The AF2436-S carries up to 2,000 pounds, making it a practical tool for stock handlers, maintenance crews, and tradespeople who move heavy materials across flat surfaces regularly. At 63 pounds, the truck itself is manageable for one person to reposition or load onto a vehicle.

This platform truck is suited for light industrial and commercial settings where frequent material handling is part of the daily workflow. Typical applications include warehouse restocking, shop floor transport, and job-site material staging. The aluminum deck resists corrosion, making it a reasonable choice for environments with occasional moisture exposure such as mechanical rooms, loading docks, and utility areas. The 8-inch diameter casters provide a stable roll over smooth concrete and tile surfaces.

Installation Notes

No tools or fasteners are typically required to place this platform truck into service. Inspect caster wheels and fasteners before first use and periodically during the service life. Do not exceed the rated 2,000 lb load capacity. Keep the deck clear of oil or grease that could cause loads to shift during transport.
