Constructed from chlorinated polyvinyl chloride (CPVC) and sealed with an EPDM O-ring, this union allows technicians to disconnect piping runs without cutting pipe or disturbing adjacent fittings. The 3/4-inch slip x slip end connections accept solvent-cemented CPVC pipe on both sides. Schedule 80 wall thickness makes this fitting suitable for higher-pressure applications compared to Schedule 40.
