The PRO-SOURCE 2101010029PRO is an oil-water separator designed to remove oil and water condensate from compressed air systems. It handles up to 300 CFM at a maximum working pressure of 250 psi and a maximum operating temperature of 160 degrees F. The unit uses a 40-micron sintered bronze filter media to capture oil aerosols and particulates before they reach downstream equipment or reach disposal. A manual drain and a steel bowl with a 29-ounce capacity make routine maintenance straightforward. An included sight glass allows the technician to monitor bowl fill level without disassembling the unit. This separator is installed by compressed air system technicians and industrial maintenance professionals.
This separator is suited for shop air, industrial, and light-commercial compressed air installations where oil-contaminated condensate must be separated before drain discharge. Typical applications include compressor room discharge lines, point-of-use air treatment drops, and any system where oil-flooded rotary screw or reciprocating compressors generate oily condensate. The 1-inch NPT thread size fits standard pipe and fitting sizes common in these installations. It is particularly useful where local regulations require condensate treatment prior to drain disposal.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or new-installation separator for compressed air systems requiring oil-water condensate separation at 1-inch NPT connection points.
Installation should be performed by a qualified compressed air system technician or industrial plumber familiar with pressurized air piping. Depressurize and lock out the compressed air supply before installing or servicing this unit. Apply appropriate thread sealant to NPT fittings per the manufacturer and local piping code requirements. Do not exceed the rated working pressure or temperature stamped on the unit.
