The PRO-SOURCE 2101002506PRO is an oil water filter/separator designed to remove oil and water condensate from compressed air and pneumatic systems. Rated at 48 CFM with a maximum working pressure of 250 psi, this unit handles the condensate separation demands of typical shop and industrial compressed air installations. The 40-micron sintered bronze filter media captures contaminants before they reach downstream equipment. A manual drain allows the technician to purge accumulated condensate on a set schedule, and an integrated sight glass lets you monitor bowl fill level without removing the unit from service. Licensed HVAC technicians, plumbers, and industrial maintenance techs install this type of separator to protect air tools, control valves, and pneumatic actuators from oil-laden condensate damage.
This separator is suited for compressed air systems in light industrial, commercial, and trade-shop environments where oil carryover from piston or rotary-screw compressors must be managed. It mounts inline on the compressed air supply line at or near the point of use, or at the compressor outlet before a dryer or filter bank. The 1/4-inch NPT thread connection makes it compatible with standard compressed air distribution piping in smaller-capacity systems. Typical applications include air tool supply lines, spray finishing systems, and pneumatic control circuits that require clean, dry air to maintain performance and equipment longevity.
Designed as an inline oil/water condensate separator for compressed air systems with 1/4-inch NPT connections, operating at up to 48 CFM and 250 psi.
Installation should be performed by a qualified technician familiar with compressed air system piping and applicable codes. Depressurize and lock out the compressed air system completely before installing or servicing this separator. Mount the unit with the bowl oriented downward to allow proper condensate collection, and ensure the drain valve is accessible for routine manual draining. Do not exceed the rated 250 psi working pressure or 160 degrees F maximum temperature.
