Pro-safe TT-2436-34W Tacky Clean Room Mat 24x36 in 30 Layer

Product Description

The PRO-SAFE TT-2436-34W is a disposable tacky mat designed to capture dirt, dust, and debris from footwear and equipment wheels at the entrance of controlled environments. Each mat measures 24 inches wide by 36 inches long and consists of 30 peel-away adhesive layers. As each layer becomes saturated with contaminants, it is peeled off to expose a fresh adhesive surface beneath. The mat lies flat on smooth, dry flooring without an adhesive backing, making placement and removal straightforward. Facilities managers, cleanroom technicians, and service professionals use these mats to maintain contamination control protocols in sensitive work areas.

This tacky mat is suited for dry-environment cleanrooms, laboratories, electronics assembly areas, pharmaceutical facilities, paint booths, and other controlled spaces where particulate control is required at entry points. It is placed on the floor just inside a doorway or transition zone. Personnel and equipment pass over the mat, leaving contaminants on the adhesive surface. Each of the 30 layers is peeled away individually as needed, extending the effective service life of a single mat.

Key Features

• 30 peel-away tacky layers per mat for extended use before replacement
• 24 inches wide by 36 inches long — fits standard doorway entry zones
• Smooth white surface for clear visual indication of contamination buildup
• Dry-environment rated adhesive surface captures particulates from foot and wheel traffic
• No adhesive backing — lays flat without bonding to the floor surface
• Disposable and single-use per layer — no cleaning or reconditioning required

Compatibility

Designed as a standard-format disposable tacky mat for use at entry points in cleanrooms, labs, and controlled-access dry environments where particulate contamination control is required.

Installation Notes

Placement and removal require no tools and no trade license. Position the mat adhesive-side up on a clean, flat, dry floor surface at the entry point before personnel or equipment traffic begins. Do not use on wet or damp flooring, as moisture will reduce adhesive performance. When a layer is fully soiled, peel it from the corner and discard it to expose the next fresh layer beneath.
