The PRO-SAFE RB385610PS is a flexible low-density polyethylene (LDPE) drum liner designed to protect the interior of 55-gallon drums from contamination, residue buildup, and chemical contact. Each liner measures 38 inches in diameter and 56 inches in height, providing a full-coverage fit inside standard 55-gallon open-head drums. At 10 mil thickness, the liner delivers puncture resistance suitable for industrial waste collection, chemical storage staging, and bulk liquid containment. This product ships in packs of 40 liners. It is typically installed by facility maintenance crews, hazmat handlers, and industrial supply technicians working in manufacturing, chemical processing, or waste management environments.
This liner is suited for use in 55-gallon drum applications across residential, commercial, and industrial settings where drum interior protection is required. Common scenarios include lining drums used for waste solvent collection, food-grade ingredient staging, or general industrial liquid containment where a disposable barrier is needed between the drum wall and its contents. The flexible LDPE construction allows the liner to conform to the drum interior during filling and removal.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement liner for standard 55-gallon open-head drums with an interior diameter of approximately 38 inches and a working height of up to 56 inches.
Installation does not require tools and is typically performed by facility or maintenance personnel. Before inserting the liner, ensure the drum interior is clean and free of sharp edges, burrs, or residue that could puncture the film. Drape the liner over the drum rim and smooth it down the interior wall before adding contents. For chemical or hazardous material containment applications, verify liner chemical compatibility with the specific substance being stored and follow all applicable local, state, and federal handling regulations.
