The PRO-SAFE PSG1750 is a wall-mounted emergency eye and face wash station designed for rapid, hands-free decontamination in industrial, commercial, and laboratory environments. The unit features an open stainless steel bowl that delivers a controlled 3 GPM flow rate at a 30 psi inlet pressure through a 1/2 inch inlet connection. It meets ANSI Z358.1-2004 requirements for emergency eyewash equipment, making it suitable for facilities that must maintain OSHA-aligned safety compliance. Installation is handled by licensed plumbers or qualified maintenance personnel in settings where chemical, biological, or particulate hazards are present at the worksite.
The PSG1750 is intended for permanent wall-mount installation in facilities such as chemical plants, manufacturing floors, laboratories, schools, and healthcare environments. The stainless steel bowl construction resists corrosion in wet or chemically active settings. It connects to a standard 1/2 inch supply line and is designed for plumbing into a dedicated cold water or tempered water supply. This station provides both eye and face coverage simultaneously, making it suitable as a primary emergency fixture at a hazard workstation or as a supplemental unit in larger safety station layouts.
Designed as an OEM-style wall-mount emergency eye and face wash fixture for permanent plumbing installation in facilities requiring ANSI Z358.1-2004 compliant emergency eyewash equipment.
Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber in accordance with applicable local plumbing codes and ANSI Z358.1-2004 location and clearance requirements. Shut off the water supply and relieve line pressure before making inlet connections. The unit must be mounted at the correct height and within the travel distance specified by ANSI Z358.1 for the hazard it serves. Verify adequate flow rate and pressure at the fixture after installation before placing the station in service.
