The PRO-SAFE PS-SA-LN9 is a single-leg shock absorbing lanyard designed for fall protection in construction, industrial, and general trade work environments. Built from polyester webbing, it stretches 6 feet in length and carries a load capacity of 350 pounds. A locking snap hook at the harness connection and a locking rebar snap hook at the anchorage end provide secure, tool-free engagement at both connection points. Licensed contractors and safety-trained workers use this lanyard as part of a compliant personal fall arrest system when working at elevation.

This lanyard is suited for residential and commercial construction sites, structural steel work, roofing, and industrial facilities where workers are exposed to fall hazards. The shock-absorbing design reduces peak arresting force on the body during a fall event. The rebar snap hook anchorage connection makes it particularly practical on rebar-intensive pours and concrete structure work. Installation Notes

Installation and inspection of fall protection equipment must be performed by a competent person as defined under OSHA 29 CFR 1926.502. Before each use, inspect the lanyard webbing, snap hooks, and shock pack for cuts, fraying, heat damage, or chemical exposure. Connect the locking snap hook to the harness dorsal D-ring and the rebar snap hook to a rated anchorage capable of supporting at least 5,000 pounds or as required by site-specific engineering. After any fall arrest event, remove the lanyard from service immediately and do not reuse it.
