The PRO-SAFE PS-SA-LN15 is a two-leg shock absorbing lanyard designed for fall protection in elevated work environments. Constructed from polyester webbing, it extends 6 feet in length and supports a maximum load capacity of 350 pounds. The lanyard features locking snap hooks at both the anchorage connection end and the harness connection end, providing secure, tool-free engagement and positive locking to reduce accidental disengagement. This unit weighs 4.5 pounds. It is installed by safety-qualified workers, contractors, and trade professionals working at height on construction sites, industrial facilities, or maintenance applications where a personal fall arrest system is required.

The PS-SA-LN15 is suited for general industry and construction fall protection applications where OSHA-compliant personal fall arrest systems are required. Its two-leg configuration allows the user to maintain continuous tie-off when moving between anchor points. The shock-absorbing design reduces arrest forces on the body during a fall event. This lanyard is not rated for arc flash work environments. The yellow polyester webbing provides high visibility on the job site.

Compatibility

Installation Notes

Installation and inspection of personal fall arrest equipment should be performed by a competent person as defined under OSHA 29 CFR 1926.32. Inspect the lanyard, snap hooks, and webbing for wear, damage, or deformation before each use. Connect the anchorage snap hook to a certified anchor point with a minimum breaking strength appropriate to OSHA or ANSI Z359 requirements. After any fall arrest event, remove the lanyard from service immediately and do not return it to use until inspected by a qualified person.
