The PRO-SAFE PS-HTB-32 is a full body fall protection harness rated for a maximum load capacity of 350 pounds. It uses a cross-over harness style with polyester webbing construction and friction-buckle shoulder straps. The harness is equipped with a back D-ring, front D-ring, and side D-rings, giving it multiple connection points for use with personal fall arrest systems, positioning systems, or travel restraint setups. It is sized for 2X-Large users and includes an anti-tangle strap to keep webbing organized during use and inspection. This harness is intended for installation and service trades working at elevation on commercial and industrial job sites.
The PS-HTB-32 is suited for work-at-height applications in construction, electrical, HVAC rooftop service, industrial maintenance, and utility work. The multiple D-ring attachment points make it compatible with a range of lanyards, self-retracting lifelines, and connectors. The cross-over shoulder design distributes load across the torso and is commonly specified for workers who require both front and back tie-off capability on a single harness. Sized at 2X-Large, it is appropriate for larger-framed workers requiring a full-range fit in standard polyester fall arrest harnesses.
Designed as an OEM-style full body harness for use with standard personal fall arrest system components including lanyards, self-retracting lifelines, and anchorage connectors meeting OSHA and ANSI Z359 requirements.
Fall protection harnesses must be inspected before each use by the wearer and periodically by a competent person per OSHA 29 CFR 1926.502 and ANSI Z359 standards. Power down or de-energize any nearby electrical equipment before working at elevation on electrical systems. Harnesses must be properly donned and adjusted before ascending — loose or improperly buckled straps compromise arrest performance. Retire the harness from service immediately after any fall event, visible webbing damage, or hardware deformation.
