The PRO-SAFE PS-HQC-40 is a full body fall protection harness rated for a 310-pound load capacity, designed for use in elevated work environments where OSHA fall protection requirements apply. Installation Notes

A qualified competent person as defined by OSHA must inspect the harness before each use and fit it to the individual worker. The harness must be connected to a properly rated anchorage point and compatible connecting device before any work at height begins. Workers should verify all buckles are fully seated and the back D-ring is positioned between the shoulder blades prior to use. Do not attach to anchorages or connecting hardware that has not been rated and inspected for fall arrest service.
