The PRO-SAFE PS-HCN-TB3 is a full body fall protection harness designed for construction-style applications where worker safety at height is required. Rated to 350 pounds load capacity, this harness is constructed from polyester webbing and features friction-style shoulder strap buckles for a secure, adjustable fit. It is sized for 2X-Large wearers and comes equipped with a back D-ring and side D-rings to accommodate a variety of lanyard and self-retracting lifeline connections. Licensed safety professionals, site foremen, and general contractors rely on this harness type as a core component of a personal fall arrest system (PFAS) on residential and commercial job sites.
This harness is suited for construction trades working at elevation — including ironworkers, framers, roofing crews, and general laborers — where OSHA fall protection standards apply at heights of six feet or greater. The anti-tangle strap design helps keep webbing organized during donning and throughout the work shift, reducing snag hazards and inspection time. The side D-rings provide additional tie-off points for positioning lanyards, making it practical for workers who shift between vertical and horizontal anchor points during a task.
Designed for use as a full body fall arrest harness in construction-style personal fall arrest systems. Compatible with standard lanyards, shock-absorbing lanyards, and self-retracting lifelines that terminate in a compatible hook or connector rated for the anchor point load.
This harness must be donned, adjusted, and inspected by a competent person prior to each use in accordance with OSHA 29 CFR 1926.502 and the manufacturer's instructions. Inspect all webbing, buckles, and D-rings for cuts, fraying, chemical damage, or deformation before use — remove from service immediately if any defect is found. The harness must be connected to an anchor point capable of supporting at least 5,000 pounds or engineered to a safety factor of two per OSHA requirements. Do not modify any component of the harness and never use a harness that has arrested a fall without removing it from service for full inspection.
