The PRO-SAFE PS-HCLB-Q6 is a full body fall protection harness rated for a 350-pound load capacity, built for construction-style applications. Constructed from polyester webbing, this harness features a back D-ring, front D-ring, and side D-rings, giving the installer multiple attachment points for lanyards and positioning lanyards. The quick-connect chest strap and quick-connect leg straps allow fast donning and doffing on the job site, while friction-adjustable shoulder straps ensure a secure, customized fit. The anti-tangle strap keeps webbing orderly during use. This harness is sized for 2X-Large users and weighs 7.75 pounds. It is intended for installation and use by qualified personnel working at height on commercial and residential construction projects.
This harness is suited for construction trades including ironworkers, framers, roofers, and general contractors who require compliant personal fall arrest equipment. The multiple D-ring configurations support a range of rigging setups, including vertical lifelines, horizontal lifelines, and self-retracting lifelines. The quick-connect buckle system speeds up harness inspection and adjustment during pre-shift checks, making it practical for crews donning and doffing multiple times per shift on active construction sites.
Designed as an OEM-style full body construction harness compatible with standard fall arrest lanyards, self-retracting lifelines, and positioning systems that accept D-ring connectors meeting applicable ANSI Z359 and OSHA 1926 Subpart M requirements.
This harness must be donned, inspected, and connected to an approved anchorage system by a competent person as defined under OSHA 29 CFR 1926.502 before any work at height begins. Always perform a full pre-use inspection of webbing, buckles, D-rings, and stitching before each use. Remove the harness from service immediately if it has arrested a fall or shows signs of damage, cuts, or excessive wear. Installation and fitting should follow the manufacturer instructions and applicable ANSI Z359 standards.
