The PRO-SAFE PS-HAR-001 is a full body fall protection harness designed for workers operating at height in construction, industrial, and general trade environments. Built from polyester webbing in a lightweight style, it is rated to 310 pounds load capacity and fits a universal size range. The harness features a back D-ring attachment point for connecting to a lanyard or self-retracting lifeline. Pass-through leg strap buckles and friction shoulder strap buckles allow for straightforward donning and adjustment. This harness is installed by construction workers, electricians, HVAC technicians, and other trade professionals required to work at elevation under fall arrest systems.
The PS-HAR-001 is suited for residential and commercial jobsites where OSHA fall protection requirements apply at heights of 6 feet or greater in construction and 4 feet in general industry. Its universal sizing accommodates a wide range of body types without the need for multiple SKUs on site. The lightweight construction reduces worker fatigue during extended use. It is appropriate for use with standard fall arrest lanyards, shock-absorbing lanyards, and self-retracting lifelines connected at the dorsal D-ring.
Designed as an OEM-style full body harness compatible with standard fall arrest lanyards, shock-absorbing lanyards, and self-retracting lifelines that connect to a dorsal D-ring attachment point per ANSI Z359 fall protection system requirements.
Donning and inspection should be performed by the worker prior to each use in accordance with the manufacturer instructions and applicable OSHA 1926.502 or 1910.140 regulations. Power down or de-energize nearby electrical equipment before working at height in proximity to live circuits. Inspect all webbing, buckles, and D-rings for wear, cuts, or deformation before each use — remove from service immediately if damage is found. A competent person as defined by OSHA must oversee the fall protection program and ensure the harness is connected to an adequate anchorage point rated for fall arrest loads.
