The PRO-SAFE HFR511-36X32 is a flame-resistant work pant designed for tradespeople who work in environments with exposure to open flame, arc flash, or flash fire hazards. Constructed from 11-ounce cotton, these pants provide inherent flame-retardant protection without relying solely on chemical treatments. The 36-inch waist and 32-inch inseam sizing makes them appropriate for a wide range of workers. A zipper closure and three-pocket configuration support day-to-day wear on the job. These pants are sized and built for sustained use in industrial, utility, and field service environments where FR-rated apparel is required by site safety standards or regulatory compliance.
These FR pants are suited for electricians, utility workers, HVAC technicians, and other trades where NFPA 70E, OSHA, or employer safety programs mandate flame-resistant clothing. Common deployment includes electrical panel work, gas line servicing, welding-adjacent tasks, and other operations where ignition risk is present. The green color provides a visible, field-practical option for crews with color-coded PPE programs. The all-cotton construction makes them compatible with layering systems used in cold-weather FR applications.
Designed as an FR-rated work pant for use in compliance with flame-resistant apparel requirements under NFPA 70E, OSHA 1910.269, and similar standards applicable to electrical, utility, and industrial trade work.
FR garments should be inspected before each use for tears, contamination with flammable substances, or damage that could compromise flame resistance. Launder according to manufacturer care instructions to preserve FR properties. Do not apply bleach, starch, or fabric softeners unless explicitly approved, as these treatments can degrade FR performance. FR pants are a component of a complete PPE system and should be selected in coordination with the arc flash hazard analysis or site safety program requirements.
