Installation Notes

This kit is to be donned and inspected by a qualified electrical worker before performing any energized work on systems where an arc flash hazard analysis has identified HRC 4 exposure. All electrical sources must be identified and, where possible, de-energized and locked out per NFPA 70E and OSHA 29 CFR 1910.333 before approaching energized equipment.
