The PRO-SAFE AF-CV-A1-4XL is a full-body arc flash coverall built for electrical workers and industrial tradespeople who require flame-resistant (FR) protection on the job. Constructed from a Cotton, Indura Ultra Soft, and Nylon blend, this garment is engineered to resist ignition and self-extinguish, helping limit burn injury during an arc flash event. The coverall ships in size 4X-Large, fitting a chest measurement of 52 to 54 inches, with open cuff and open ankle styling for compatibility with layered FR PPE systems. A front zipper closure and six-pocket configuration make this a practical choice for extended wear in utility, industrial, and commercial electrical environments.
This coverall is suited for electricians, linemen, and other trade workers operating in environments where arc flash hazards are present per NFPA 70E requirements. The 4X-Large sizing accommodates larger builds and layered PPE underneath. Navy blue coloring is standard for many utility and industrial PPE programs. The six-pocket layout supports tools and documentation on the job without requiring additional outerwear. Open cuff and ankle designs allow the garment to be worn over or under complementary FR layers as the hazard risk category demands.
Designed as an arc flash FR coverall for use in residential, commercial, and industrial electrical applications where NFPA 70E or applicable arc flash PPE standards require full-body flame-resistant garments.
Arc flash coveralls are donned and inspected by qualified electrical workers prior to energized work. Inspect the garment before each use for tears, contamination, or damage that could compromise FR performance. Do not wash FR garments with bleach or fabric softeners, as these can degrade flame-resistant properties. Follow the garment manufacturer and site safety program guidelines for care, inspection intervals, and retirement criteria.
