The PRO-SAFE 3917909233X3 is a modular anti-fatigue tile mat engineered for both dry and wet environments. Built on a nitrile rubber base, it measures 3 inches in length by 36 inches wide and 5/8 inches thick, providing cushioned standing support in demanding work areas. The surface features a grit coating for slip resistance, and drainage holes allow liquid to pass through, keeping the standing surface clear. Weighing 25.5 pounds, it is rated for light-duty traffic applications. Two interlocking sides allow individual tiles to connect into larger coverage areas without adhesive or fasteners. Licensed tradespeople, facilities staff, and shop supervisors install this product wherever workers stand for extended periods.
This mat is suited for commercial kitchens, light industrial workstations, assembly lines, tool rooms, and similar environments where workers stand for long shifts on hard flooring. The nitrile rubber base provides resistance to oils, greases, and common workshop fluids, making it a practical choice for HVAC shops, plumbing supply counters, and electrical panel rooms. The modular tile format lets installers cover irregular floor areas by combining multiple tiles in a grid layout. This product carries EPP GSA designation under AQ - CPG (Comprehensive Procurement Guidelines), making it eligible for government procurement programs.
Designed as a modular replacement or expansion tile for light-duty anti-fatigue mat systems used in dry and wet commercial or industrial floor applications. Individual tiles interlock to build out coverage on flat, hard flooring surfaces.
No adhesive or special tools are required for installation — tiles interlock along their mating sides and lay flat on hard flooring. Inspect the floor surface for debris or uneven areas before placing tiles, as surface irregularities can cause tiles to rock. Tiles should be cleaned and inspected regularly; nitrile rubber can degrade if exposed to certain solvents beyond typical shop fluids, so verify chemical compatibility before use in specialty environments. No electrical shutdown or system isolation is required for installation.
