The PRO-SAFE 30-PRO-YDOT is a heavy-duty die cut dot floor marking shape made from 30 mil polyvinyl chloride (PVC). Each dot measures 3.5 inches in length and 3.5 inches in width, providing a compact, high-visibility marker suited for industrial and commercial floor layouts. The solid yellow color delivers clear visual contrast on concrete, tile, and sealed flooring surfaces. These shapes ship in packs of 100 units, making them practical for large-scale facility marking projects. Installation does not require specialized tools, and the PVC construction holds up to heavy foot traffic and routine cleaning.
These dot markers are used in warehouses, manufacturing facilities, distribution centers, and commercial spaces to define walkways, mark equipment staging zones, and establish safety boundaries on facility floors. The heavy-duty traffic rating makes them appropriate for areas with consistent pedestrian activity and light equipment movement. Facilities management teams, safety coordinators, and maintenance trades typically deploy these shapes as part of a broader 5S or OSHA-aligned floor marking program.
Designed for use on smooth, clean, and dry industrial or commercial floor surfaces such as sealed concrete, epoxy-coated floors, and tile. Intended as a standalone floor marking shape compatible with standard 5S and facility safety marking systems.
Surface preparation is critical before applying floor marking shapes — clean and degrease the floor thoroughly and allow it to dry completely before installation. Apply firm, even pressure across the entire shape to ensure full adhesive contact with the substrate. These shapes are not rated as anti-slip material and should not be used as a substitute for slip-resistant tape or tread in areas requiring fall protection. Consult applicable OSHA 1910.22 floor marking guidelines when planning aisle and safety boundary layouts.
