The PRIME LINE PRODUCTS P 7595 is a round, hollow-core vinyl screen spline designed to secure window and door screening into aluminum and fiberglass screen frames. At 0.210 inches (7/32 inches) in diameter, this spline seats firmly into standard spline grooves. The serrated exterior grips the frame channel and holds screening material in place without slipping. Each roll is 250 feet long, making it well suited for production screen shops, multi-unit service calls, or stocking a service van. The black color blends with most standard screen frame finishes.
This spline is used in residential and light commercial window screen and door screen installation and repair. It is compatible with aluminum-framed and fiberglass-framed screens where a 0.210-inch or 7/32-inch groove is specified. The 250-foot roll length reduces roll changeovers on high-volume jobs. Window and door installers, glaziers, and general contractors performing screen work are the typical end users. The package quantity is 4 rolls per case, providing 1,000 total feet of spline per case order.
Designed for use with aluminum and fiberglass window and door screen frames requiring a 0.210-inch or 7/32-inch round spline groove.
Screen spline installation is typically performed by window and door installers, glaziers, or general contractors. A spline roller tool is required to press the spline evenly into the frame channel without stretching or distorting the screening material. Lay the screen material flat and taut over the frame before rolling in the spline. Trim excess spline and screen material with a utility knife after the spline is fully seated.
