The PREMIER PAINT ROLLER 790 is a manual, half-barrel caulk and adhesive applicator designed for use with standard 1/10-gallon, 9-inch cartridges. The half-barrel frame reduces material weight and allows the operator to monitor cartridge fill level during application. At 12.25 inches in length, the tool offers a comfortable grip-to-nozzle distance for controlled bead placement. Built for repetitive use in caulking, sealing, and adhesive work, this applicator suits carpenters, painters, glaziers, and general contractors who need a reliable manual dispensing tool on the job site.
The 790 is suited for residential and light commercial applications including window and door perimeter sealing, baseboard and trim adhesive work, and general sealant application. It accepts standard 9-inch cartridges in the 1/10-gallon format, which is the most common size found in construction sealants, silicones, and polyurethane adhesives. The blue half-barrel frame is a standard configuration favored for its lighter weight compared to full-barrel designs.
Designed for use with standard 9-inch, 1/10-gallon caulk and adhesive cartridges common across most sealant, silicone, and construction adhesive product lines.
Insert the cartridge by retracting the plunger rod fully before loading. Cut the cartridge nozzle at the desired bead diameter and puncture the inner foil seal before first use. Apply steady, even trigger pressure for consistent bead output and release trigger pressure at the end of each run to prevent drool. No special tools or trade licensing are required for use of manual caulk applicators.
