Preen 2464092 Garden Weed Preventer 4.93 Lb

Product Description

The PREEN 2464092 is a granular garden weed preventer formulated to stop weed seeds from germinating before they establish. A single application creates a barrier that prevents up to 125 broadleaf and grassy weed species from sprouting, with protection lasting up to 6 months. At 4.93 pounds per package, the product is sized for seasonal coverage in residential and light commercial garden beds. Landscape and garden maintenance professionals apply it around established plants to reduce labor associated with recurring weed removal.

This weed preventer is intended for use in ornamental garden beds, around established flowers, shrubs, and trees, and in other areas where weed seed germination is a persistent problem. It is not a post-emergent herbicide and will not kill weeds already growing. The product is designed for one application per season, reducing the need for repeated manual weeding throughout the growing cycle.
