Product Description

The Potter PAD200-DUCTR is a smoke detector designed specifically for building HVAC duct systems. It meets local requirements and NFPA regulations for duct smoke detection. This detector uses air sampling through two tubes that extend into the duct. The installation kit includes a standard exhaust tube measuring seven inches. Additional air intake sampling tubes must be ordered separately in lengths of two and a half feet, five feet, and ten feet. The unit is mounted easily using a provided template and two sheet metal screws. Mounting is straightforward and does not require removing the clear cover, which is secured by four capture screws.

With advanced sensor technology, the PAD200 complies with UL 268 7th edition standards, enhancing smoke detection reliability in various settings.
