Product Description

The POTTER ELECTRIC SIGNAL pad300-hd is an addressable fixed-temperature heat detector designed for integration with compatible addressable fire alarm control systems. It features selectable temperature set points, allowing the unit to be configured for a range of commercial, institutional, and industrial environments where elevated ambient temperatures are a normal or expected condition. The sensing element monitors temperature rise continuously and triggers an alarm when the programmed threshold is reached. Licensed fire alarm technicians and life safety contractors typically handle installation and commissioning of this device.

The pad300-hd is suited for areas where smoke detection may be ineffective or inappropriate, including mechanical rooms, commercial kitchens, warehouses, and similar spaces with high heat, dust, or grease-laden air. Installation Notes
