The Polaris ISR-250 is an insulated connector designed for dual-rated splicing applications. This connector accommodates wires ranging from 250 MCM to six AWG. It features a body made of aluminum alloy, which is encased in a robust plastisol insulation layer. Each connection port is fitted with an oxide inhibitor and includes removable access plugs for easy tightening of the connections. This model allows installation using a hex key and torque wrench. No additional taping or covering is necessary. It supports various splicing environments including cable trays, panel boards, ducts, raceways, and troughs.
