The POLARIS IPLMD250-5 is a pre-insulated multi-tap connector rated for 600 volts, designed for wire termination applications in electrical distribution work. It accepts both copper and aluminum conductors ranging from 6 AWG minimum to 250 MCM maximum, making it suitable for a wide range of feeder and branch circuit connections. The body is molded from high-dielectric-strength plastisol, which resists abrasion, chemicals, and UV exposure and will not support combustion. Five ports provide two-side entry, and removable access plugs close any unused entry port. Licensed electricians install this connector in panel troughs, wireways, and load centers where a reliable, insulated tap point is required without additional taping or covers.

This connector is built for use in residential and commercial electrical installations where multiple conductors must be terminated at a single point.
