The PLUMB SHOP DIV BRASSCRAFT 233-825 is a plastic flush valve assembly designed for toilet tank replacement service. The valve controls the release of water from the tank into the bowl on each flush cycle. The tube measures 9 inches in length, and a rubber flapper is included in the package, making this a complete drop-in replacement without sourcing separate components. Licensed plumbers and experienced DIYers install this type of valve during toilet rebuild or repair work when the existing flush valve is worn, leaking, or no longer seating properly.

This flush valve is suited for residential toilet tank applications and is designed to fit most standard toilet tanks. The included rubber flapper seats against the flush valve to form a watertight seal between flushes, preventing tank water from continuously running into the bowl. For replacement of the spud washer, refer to part TV 396-413. The assembly ships individually carded for retail or trade supply use.
