The PIP 713DGU/M is a cut- and puncture-resistant work glove built for trade professionals who handle sharp materials, sheet metal, glass, or fabricated components on a regular basis. The shell is constructed from a PolyKor Blend fiber, rated ANSI/ISEA A4 for cut resistance and Level 3 for abrasion resistance. A polyurethane coating covers the palm and fingers, providing a secure grip on dry and lightly oily surfaces while keeping tactile sensitivity intact. The knit cuff and PolyKor lining contribute to all-day wearability in demanding shop or field environments. Sold as a pair in size Medium.
These gloves are suited for use in HVAC ductwork fabrication, sheet metal handling, electrical conduit work, plumbing rough-in, and general mechanical contracting where cut hazards are present. The A4 cut rating makes them appropriate for tasks involving metal edges, zip ties, strapping, and insulation with embedded glass fibers. The polyurethane palm coating delivers grip control during parts handling without adding significant bulk, allowing the wearer to manipulate small fasteners and fittings. Suitable for residential and light commercial trade applications.
Designed as a general-purpose cut- and puncture-resistant glove for trade professionals working with sharp materials in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical contracting applications.
Inspect gloves before each use for cuts, abrasions, or coating separation that could reduce protection. These gloves are not rated as a blood-borne pathogen barrier and are not FDA approved for medical or food-contact use. Replace immediately if the shell or coating shows visible damage. Follow applicable job-site PPE requirements and employer safety programs when selecting hand protection for specific hazard levels.
