The PIP 56-3152/XL is a general purpose work glove designed for trade and industrial environments where secure grip and hand protection are essential. The glove features a jersey shell with a full palm-dipped nitrile coating that covers the entire hand except the cuff, delivering oil resistance and abrasion protection across the work surface. At 11.5 inches overall length with a slip-on knit cuff, this unisex glove fits men's X-Large and women's Large hands. A smooth nitrile grip surface supports controlled handling of parts, fasteners, and tooling. Rated to EN 388 4211X for abrasion, cut, and puncture resistance, this glove is suited for licensed tradespeople and plant technicians working in moderate-hazard conditions.
This glove is built for applications requiring a secure dry or oily grip during handling and assembly of medium to large parts and materials. Typical use cases include metal fabrication, mechanical equipment maintenance and repair, and heavy to medium fastening and anchoring tasks. The full-fingered, straight-thumb construction allows natural hand movement during repetitive assembly work. Electricians, pipefitters, millwrights, and general maintenance technicians commonly deploy this style of nitrile-dipped glove as everyday hand protection on the job site or in the shop.
Designed as a general purpose replacement glove for industrial, construction, and maintenance applications requiring nitrile-coated, jersey-lined hand protection in an X-Large fit.
Inspect gloves before each use for tears, punctures, or coating separation that could compromise protection. Nitrile-coated gloves are not rated for electrical arc or high-voltage live-line work and should not be substituted for insulated rubber gloves where electrical PPE is required by NFPA 70E or applicable safety codes. Replace gloves when the coating shows visible wear, cracking, or loss of grip.
