The PIP 20-DA24 is a 24-inch seamless rib knit cut-resistant sleeve designed for hand and arm protection in industrial and manufacturing environments. Constructed from a 2-ply blend of DSM Dyneema and glass fiber polyester, this sleeve delivers high-level cut resistance while maintaining flexibility across the full range of arm motion. The seamless rib knit construction eliminates seam-related pressure points and helps the sleeve conform to varying arm sizes. It is finished in gray and sold individually, with a minimum order quantity of 144 units, making it suited for facility-wide PPE programs managed by safety coordinators and procurement teams.
This sleeve is used in applications where workers face cut hazards from sharp edges, sheet metal, glass handling, stamping operations, and similar industrial tasks. The 24-inch length provides coverage from the wrist to the upper forearm or beyond, depending on the wearer. Typical installation environments include fabrication shops, automotive assembly lines, glass processing facilities, and food processing plants where arm protection is required by safety protocol or regulatory compliance.
Designed as an over-glove protective sleeve for general industrial hand and arm protection programs where cut-resistant arm coverage is required.
This sleeve is donned directly over the forearm and may be worn in combination with cut-resistant gloves for full hand and arm protection. Ensure the sleeve sits flush without bunching at the wrist to prevent gaps in coverage near cutting hazards. Inspect sleeves regularly for wear, thinning, or fiber damage that may reduce cut resistance. Follow your facility safety program and applicable ANSI/ISEA cut resistance standards when selecting and deploying arm protection.
