The PIP 19-D327/XXL is a cut-, puncture-, and abrasion-resistant work glove engineered for trade professionals who need reliable hand protection without sacrificing dexterity. Built on a 15-gauge Dyneema Diamond and nylon seamless shell, the glove achieves an ANSI/ISEA Cut Level A3 and ANSI Puncture Level 2 rating while staying lightweight enough for detail-oriented tasks. The palm and fingers are dipped in polyurethane, which conforms to the surface properties of the shell to maintain tactile sensitivity. Sized for a 2XL fit and rated ANSI Abrasion Level 3, this glove is suited for sustained wear in demanding job-site conditions. It carries an EN 388 rating of 4542CX and meets both ANSI and EN388 standards.
This glove is appropriate for use in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general mechanical trade work where cut and puncture hazards are present during handling of sheet metal, conduit, piping, or sharp-edged components. The seamless knit construction improves comfort during extended shifts. The flat grip polyurethane coating works well on smooth and semi-smooth surfaces. Sized as 2XL for men and 3X-Large for women, the glove ships as a paired set. It is not rated as a blood-borne pathogen barrier and is not FDA approved.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or standard-stock cut-resistant glove for trade professionals requiring ANSI A3 hand protection in mechanical, construction, or industrial service environments.
Inspect gloves before each use for cuts, tears, or coating separation that may compromise protection ratings. Do not use these gloves as a blood-borne pathogen barrier, as they are not rated for that application. Follow OSHA hand protection guidelines and employer PPE programs when selecting and deploying cut-resistant gloves for specific hazard levels. Retire gloves that show visible damage to the shell or coating.
