The PIP 16-561/XS is a knit-style, cut and puncture-resistant glove rated ANSI/ISEA Cut Resistance Level A4 and ANSI/ISEA Puncture Resistance Level 3. The shell is constructed from PolyKor fiber in a 13-gauge seamless knit, providing a lightweight fit with strong tactile sensitivity and dexterity. The palm and fingers are dip-coated with black polyurethane for grip and abrasion resistance, while the seamless construction reduces pressure points during extended wear. This glove is sized X-Small and is sold as a pair. It is suited for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general trade work where hand protection against sharp edges, sheet metal, and fasteners is required.
This glove is appropriate for use in residential and light commercial trade applications where a close-fitting, low-profile glove is needed. The polyurethane-coated palm supports touchscreen use, making it practical in environments where technicians interact with digital controls or diagnostic tablets without removing their gloves. The gray PolyKor shell and knit cuff design allow for all-day wear across a range of hand tasks including wire routing, pipe handling, and light assembly work.
Designed as an OEM-style protective glove for trade professionals requiring A4-level cut resistance in an X-Small knit glove format, conforming to ANSI and EN388 mechanical protection standards.
These gloves are worn PPE and do not require installation. Inspect gloves before each use for tears, coating separation, or worn-through areas that would reduce protection. Replace immediately if the shell or coating shows visible damage. Follow applicable OSHA hand protection requirements when working with sharp materials, energized components, or rotating parts.
