The PIP 16-560/S is a cut-resistant work glove engineered for tasks that demand hand protection without sacrificing dexterity or tactile feedback. Built on a 13-gauge seamless PolyKor fiber shell, the glove achieves an ANSI/ISEA Cut Resistance Level A4 and an ANSI/ISEA Puncture Resistance Level 4, making it well-suited for handling sharp materials, sheet metal, glass, or fabricated components. A polyurethane coating covers the palm and fingertips, delivering a flat grip surface and reliable contact sensitivity. At 9 inches overall length and weighing approximately 0.15 pounds per pair, this glove is sized for small hands and sold as a pair.
This glove is intended for light to medium industrial applications where cut, puncture, and abrasion hazards are present. Typical use cases include assembly, parts handling, light fabrication, and maintenance work in manufacturing, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical trades. The seamless PolyKor construction resists pilling and liner bunching during extended wear. The polyurethane coating also provides resistance to incidental chemical splash, water, and ultraviolet light exposure, extending usable service life in varied field conditions. The knit cuff provides a secure, comfortable fit at the wrist.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or standard-issue cut-resistant glove for size small (mens small, womens x-small) hands. Part of the PIP Series 16-560 line of polyurethane-coated cut-resistant gloves.
No tools or trade license are required for glove deployment. Inspect gloves before each use for coating separation, tears, or compromised shell integrity, and remove from service if any damage is found. Follow applicable OSHA hand protection requirements and employer PPE programs when selecting and issuing cut-resistant gloves. Gloves are machine washable; follow manufacturer care instructions to preserve coating adhesion and cut-resistance performance.
