The PIP 16-351/XL is an ANSI/ISEA A5 cut-resistant glove designed for trade and industrial professionals who work around sharp edges, sheet metal, glass, or similar hazards. Built from an HPPE blend shell with a nitrile foam coating covering the palm and fingers, this glove delivers cut protection at Level A5 and abrasion resistance at Level 4 while maintaining tactile sensitivity. The foam nitrile grip surface performs on both dry and lightly oily surfaces. At 10 inches in overall length, the glove fits men's XL hands and ships as a pair. HVAC sheet metal work, pipe handling, and electrical conduit installation are typical applications for this protection level.
This glove is suited for general trade use wherever ANSI A5 cut protection is required. Common applications include HVAC duct fabrication and installation, plumbing rough-in involving copper or steel pipe, electrical work near sharp conduit edges, and light mechanical assembly. The continuous knit cuff provides a secure, comfortable fit without a hard wrist band. The black color helps conceal typical job-site soiling. Sold as a pair, one per package.
Designed as an OEM-style cut-resistant work glove for trade professionals requiring ANSI/ISEA A5 cut protection in men's XL sizing.
Inspect gloves before each use for cuts, tears, or coating separation that would compromise protection. These gloves are not rated as a blood-borne pathogen barrier and are not FDA approved for medical use. Replace when the shell or coating shows visible wear through. Follow applicable site safety protocols and applicable ANSI/ISEA 105 standards when selecting hand protection for a specific hazard level.
