The PIP 16-328/M is a cut and puncture resistant work glove designed for trade professionals who need reliable hand protection in demanding environments. Built with a PolyKor and HPPE blend shell, the glove meets ANSI/ISEA Cut Resistance Level 2 and Puncture Resistance Level 2. The palm and fingers are coated with nitrile for grip and abrasion resistance, also rated at ANSI/ISEA Abrasion Resistance Level 2. This glove is sized Medium and sold as a pair, making it a straightforward drop-in for standard PPE inventory in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general trade work.
The 16-328/M is suited for residential and light commercial trade applications where workers handle sheet metal, conduit, pipe, sharp fittings, or other materials with cut and puncture hazards. The nitrile palm and finger coating provides tactile sensitivity while maintaining grip on oily or dry surfaces. It is appropriate for HVAC technicians handling ductwork and sheet metal, electricians pulling wire and handling conduit, plumbers working with copper or PVC fittings, and pool and irrigation service professionals handling hardware and chemical containers.
Designed as a general-purpose cut and puncture resistant work glove suitable for trade professionals in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and related industries where ANSI Level 2 hand protection is required.
Inspect gloves before each use for tears, punctures, or coating separation. Nitrile-coated gloves are not rated as a blood-borne pathogen barrier and are not FDA approved for medical use. Replace immediately if the shell or coating shows visible damage. Follow applicable OSHA hand protection standards and employer PPE programs when selecting and using cut resistant gloves.
