The PIP 09-K1660/XL is a cut- and abrasion-resistant work glove designed for trade professionals who need hand protection without sacrificing dexterity. Built on a 13-gauge seamless Kevlar knit shell, the glove carries an ANSI/ISEA Cut Resistance Level A2 rating and an Abrasion Resistance Level 4 rating. The palm and fingers are double-dipped in black nitrile with a MicroSurface grip texture, giving the wearer reliable grip on both dry and lightly wet surfaces. At 10.5 inches overall length, the glove provides coverage past the wrist. The yellow Kevlar back and knit cuff are uncoated for flexibility. This glove is sized XL and sold as a pair.
This glove is suited for general industrial, mechanical, and trade work environments where cut hazards and surface abrasion are primary concerns. Typical applications include sheet metal handling, HVAC duct work, plumbing rough-in, electrical conduit work, and light assembly. The Kevlar fiber shell is inherently cut resistant, will not melt or ignite, and does not conduct electricity, making it a practical choice for electricians and HVAC technicians working near energized components. The nitrile coating provides an additional grip layer on tools and fittings.

Inspect gloves before each use for cuts, punctures, or coating separation that could compromise protection. These gloves do not carry a blood-borne pathogen barrier rating and are not rated for chemical immersion. Nitrile-coated gloves should not be used as a primary electrical insulation device; follow NFPA 70E and applicable safety standards when working near energized circuits. Replace gloves when the Kevlar shell shows visible wear or the nitrile coating begins to peel.
