The PIP 09-K1300/XXL is a cut-resistant work glove built for trade and industrial applications where hand protection from sharp edges and abrasion is a daily requirement. Constructed from a seamless 7-gauge Kevlar knit shell, this glove carries an ANSI/ISEA Cut Resistance Level A4 rating and an ANSI/ISEA Abrasion Resistance Level 3 rating, making it suitable for tasks involving metal fabrication, glass handling, sheet metal work, and similar cutting hazards. The palm and fingers are dipped in crinkle-finish blue latex, providing grip on both dry and lightly oily surfaces. The glove is sized 2X-Large and sold as a pair.
This glove is appropriate for residential and commercial trade work where cut and abrasion protection is required without sacrificing dexterity. Typical applications include HVAC sheet metal installation, plumbing rough-in work involving copper or steel pipe, electrical conduit handling, and general mechanical assembly. The knit cuff keeps the glove seated on the wrist during active use. The EN 388 rating of 3544DX confirms performance across European abrasion, cut, tear, and puncture standards, which is useful for contractors working on projects with documented PPE requirements.
Designed as an OEM-style hand protection solution for trade professionals requiring ANSI A4 cut resistance in a palm-coated knit glove format.
Inspect gloves before each use for cuts, coating separation, or deterioration of the knit shell. Latex-coated gloves should not be used by individuals with latex sensitivities. Replace gloves when the coating shows visible cracking or when the knit liner is compromised. Follow applicable OSHA hand protection requirements and site-specific PPE programs when selecting and issuing cut-resistant gloves.
